While wound care is a relatively new field of medicine, it is a much-needed program that is quickly gaining ground. Highpoint Health – Sumner's program has seen patients come for treatment from as far away as Cookeville and Ashland City. General Surgeon Brandon Mewbourne, MD, serves as medical director of the program.
